Even if you don't call or report online -- it's hard to do so after midnight -- do log the event here when you have a chance. We hope to use the data collected to lobby the city and NYPD's 50th district for better enforcement of public disturbance laws, especially at night.

Just confirming that I can post a report. It's 10:11 p.m. and rather raucus. I am holding off until midnight...if necessary.
